Recommend it for couples seeking relaxation

First off, the staff was nice, especially Carlos! He went out of his way to help us get scooters and gave great advice about nearby attractions-he knows his stuff!

Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap, but for the experience, it was totally worth it.

We had amazing experience here, no complaints!

The king room we stayed in was big size with ample storage space, private patio, as example. This location was beautiful and excellent, just off the beach which is nice, the Ometepe Island and the gardens.

Our family, including grown kids, had a blast exploring the fine surroundings. We enjoyed cycling and hiking, and the kids loved the vibrant wildlife around the charming cottages. The staff was super friendly and made every detail special for us.

In my wife's opinion, the meal wait times could be quicker.

Spent 2 nights in this hotel during our christmas in Altagracia. The double room was big and the bed was good. The property was beautiful small and in a remote location. Besides, it was 5 mins walk from Playa San Fernando. The restaurant was fantastic, and the staff exceptionally attentive and caring. Loved our stay at hotel and would stay there again.

The staff was cute and showed genuine hospitality, particularly during my time at the king room. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the peaceful lake views made for a perfect getaway.

wifi connection was inconsistent at times.

The hotel features beautifully decorated rooms with tropical plants, and the pathways are easy to navigate. I particularly adored the vibrant garden views.

More benches or seating areas would be helpful.

This place is a good fit for a quick stop in Altagracia with decent value for money. The garden area was quite shabby, and seating was limited, not ideal. Make sure to bring insect repellent since bugs can be overwhelming.

A fantastic escape surrounded by amazing nature. The King Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, and the direct access to the private beach was an added bonus for morning swims. The staff consistently offered warm hospitality, especially in arranging transportation. One minor downside was the occasional inconsistency with Wi-Fi, which could use improvement, but it didn't overshadow the overall experience.

Charming little cottages brightened up my stay. Free roaming chickens and turkeys added a unique touch to the environment. The stone pathways led to a small beach. There were intermittent power outages that impacted the air conditioning. While not the facility's fault, it was quite uncomfortable during the warm nights. The dining options were limited, requiring a 20-minute walk to find better restaurants. The garden area felt neglected, lacking seating and inviting ambiance. I appreciated the friendly staff and exciting excursions available . The overall experience had its ups and downs, but the cozy atmosphere made it nice.

The staff provided really good hospitality. I particularly appreciated the comfortable double room, as the air conditioning worked perfectly. The garden view added tranquility to my mornings.
